I have spent the last 2 years doing a frame-off restoration on this cruiser. I went to great lengths to be sure that rust will never be a problem including stainless hardware on all the body parts that are exposed to weather. I used bed liner to protect all of the paint-to-paint body connections and painted the entire bottom and floor of the tub with POR15 after sandblasting it to bare metal. I can't begin to describe all that was done to this truck so I set up a Facebook page with three albums of pictures. Most pictures have a caption to provide additional details. If you're interested in looking at the albums it only takes a minute to register at Facebook.com. You can either join the Jackson, MS network (tell them your zip is 39110) and then look for Michael Plunkett or if you're already in another network you can still search for Michael Plunkett and send a "friend request" and next time I log on I'll accept your request and that will allow you to view the albums. I know that's a little bit of a pain but Facebook was an easy place to post a bunch of high-resolution pictures with captions.
I'm a charter member of CottonLand Cruisers which is the Mississippi TLCA club. The only place I've driven this truck outside my own neighborhood since the restoration was to a club meeting so some of the other club members have seen this truck.
I plan to list the truck on Ebay within a week or so but if someone want's to offer $30K to keep it off the auction block I'd sell it now. I know that's a high price but look through the albums before you blast me. This truck is as nice as you'll find anywhere this side of one of the professional shops that will charge twice this price.
