@ToyotaMatt hoping you are able to update me with shipping info on my ignition kit. Order #5264 placed on 11/27/2023

It has been a week since the last update via PM, with pics of the supposedly completed kit, that apparently needed tripple verification of all parts, but still no shipping info??

And of course, let's not forget about the credits you owe me. Do we have a plan for those?? I have been told numerous times that you would work on it, or notify shopify....but still no credits.

I'm starting to feel like a broken record here.

And please update with solid info, and don't just "like" this post. It seems You have been quick to update other buyers on this thread, but always seem to avoid mine in some way or another.

I've been a ih8mud lurker for quite a few years, but finally joined so I could check on my order: #6002.
Though it looks like I haven't been waiting as long as some in this thread.
I used Amazon Pay, and it lists a different name (with phone number) in the transaction. Should I contact that person also/instead?

My "constructive criticism" based on my own experience and what I've read in this thread:

I will say that I felt a little misled by the Shipping Policy page on your site, especially the part about "orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours":

Maybe "processed" means something other than "shipped"? Anyway from what I've read in this thread, it seems like things have changed in the last 3 years and it might be time to update this page.

You advertise USPS tracking numbers on your site. These are only useful to the buyer if they receive them as soon as the order ships:

(in my case so I can track the slow migration of my orders across the country, usually from the East Coast to the West Coast). Obviously they're handy if something gets lost in transit, as is Route protection if the buyer has payed for that.

And finally, a question: Is there some reason why you can't wait to charge the buyer's card until the order ships, as many sites do?
When people spend a lot of money and have to wait months to receive their order, the lost interest on their money is effectively a hidden price increase.

Anyway, hope to hear something about my order soon - and you do have some great stuff on your site!

I am checking the order status of order #5356, #5349, #5350, #5822. The first one dates back to Dec. 29, 2023. I have been in contact with you several times and you keep promising me you are "working" on them. Supposedly everything is in stock and you will get the orders processed. Very frustrating!! Please let me know what is going on.

I just wanted to update here.

I did receive my ignition kit, about a week ago!! So happy to have gotten it!!

As for the credits I am owed for two parts I ordered, that are no longer available, I think @ToyotaMatt Has a plan of attack to address those. I sent you a PM, as well as a text message in regards to that, Matt.
 
Matt I need to know where we're at on order #5648 from March 23 of this year. Can you please ship this stuff? I really need them for my restoration in the Freeborn In The USA thread. I also want to find out where we're at on the indicator lights I sent in to you at the same time to be converted to LED? two blinkers and a brakes light. You were also going to send me another light like the brakes light that I could use as a 4x4 shift indicator light? Please respond to me so we can get this matter closed. BTW I'm glad you're over the Covid. It sucks to get it.

Matt thx for getting those out. I got the shipping notice for the store order. Did you ship out the LED converted indicator lights too? I owe you money for the indicator lights if that’s the case. Let me know @ToyotaMatt
