Join 4WD Toyota Owner magazine as the editors meet up with Bill Burke of Bill Burke's 4-Wheeling America and LWRCI to experience a day of wheeling and shooting with official LWRCI reps.

When and where? Anza Borrego on Tuesday March 16, 2010. The day will run from 9 am until approximately 4 pm

What will this entail? Half of the day will be a guided tour of various areas of Anza Borrego with Bill Burke. The other half of the day will be a demonstration of LWRCI’s gas piston AR15 rifles, some familiarization courses with the rifles and a competition with the rifles.

Who is attending? We have a limited number of spots and this will be by invitation only.

How much will this cost? Free other than the cost of your fuel for the event.

What do I need to bring? A safe and properly maintained Toyota 4WD vehicle, eye protection and hearing protection. We will be supplying the rest!

How do I sign up? If you are interested in this event send an email to:

LWRC International, LLC, is the manufacturer of arguably the best gas piston AR15 rifles and carbines in the world. They have taken the classic Stoner designs and added the most advanced materials, coatings, and manufacturing techniques available. LWRCI is constantly looking for new technology to make the most reliably tools for the war fighter, law enforcement, and sporting arms shooter. All of their weapon platforms utilize a proprietary short-stroke gas piston operating system that was designed as an integral part of the system, not an aftermarket add-on.

Tim, are you one of the invited?
That sounds like a FUN day.

I reserved my spot. This looks like it will be a blast.

I'm on the list.
This should be loads of fun.

I plan on heading out there on Monday and camping. Anybody that wants to join me is welcome, I am thinking maybe Fish Creek primitive camp or Hawk Canyon depending on the crowds.

Im up for that . I dont know ABDSP at all well and I can see that most the established campgrounds are full so I would be game for a more primitive camp.

How far away from BSprings are either of those places.

I'll be arriving mid day on Monday.

Either place is about 25-30 minutes from BSprings. I will be coming through BSprings and could meet you there.

How about we meet around 2:00 @ Xmas circle?

meet at 2 pm sounds good but its about a 5.5 hour drive for me so Howzabout lunch or early happy hour  some place there abouts

as long as thats 25 min on trail rather than on high way that would be OK> I think BB could show us some good BC camp sights that we might want to look over.
