Please come to the club meeting at Rudy's Bar-B-Q, 315 S 31st St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
Show up at 6:00 to eat dinner and socialize. We meet in the North West corner of the patio.
Meeting starts at 7:00. Buying food or drink is not required, just show up to socialize if you wish.

At the January meeting a vote was approved to move the meeting from the 3rd Tuesday to the 2nd Tuesday. All future meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday. The move was to have the meeting before the monthly trail ride.

One of the Army guy's that works in my building might be coming to the meeting. I asked him if he actually takes his Taco off road or just made it look like he does. He said he didn't really have anyone to go with anymore. Well well well.......

Tonight's meeting will be held at the regular time, 7:00 at Rudy's. If you do not want to drive in the inclement weather, please post up your name and I will call you just before the meeting starts and will patch you into a conference call. I will call the number that the Secretary has on file.

Be safe. Enjoy the snow and cold. Pretty soon we will be hot, sunburned and sweaty.

David

Hello, everyone. Based on several factors, including the latest weather and road reports and people notifying me they will not be able to come, we’ve decided to reschedule tonight‘s meeting for next Tuesday, the 18th.
This will still allow us to do some trip planning for the next run on the 22nd. Thanks for understanding and I hope to see you on the 18th.

I'm here. I see no one.

Well, that kinda sucks but since you're at Rudy's, you have the easiest lemons-to-lemonade situation there ever was.
Well see Randy was supposed to meet me for fish and chips on 21st. Then head over to the meeting for a little social business. So I already ate that before Rudy's. Lemon lemon

I was at Rudys no one showed other than my friend so we left after i texted dave and found out the meeting was cancelled . I must have just missed you Jarrod. For the record Jarrod Check your texts I messaged you this afternoon about not making fish and chips..

I make a motion that anytime a meeting is cancelled like this (within 24 hrs of meeting time) Who ever cancelled the meeting needs to text or call the members who show up and let them know. I don't know about others But I'm not on here daily ..I'm lucky if I look here weekly. I even had a new guy who drove down from woodlawn park for the meeting who isn't on here. Would have been nice to know there was no meeting .

Building a distribution list will be included in the meeting agenda for the rescheduled meeting next Tuesday.

Hello, everyone. I just wanted to send a reminder about the meeting tomorrow evening. We will start the meeting promptly at 7 o’clock and run it with a standard agenda, which we will share tomorrow evening. This will allow us to be efficient and discuss the pertinent topics every month. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow evening.
Vic
