COLOMBIA 4x4 MEET&GREET Shout Out

I wanted to start a thread where all the MUD members thAt reside in Colombia and in Bogota, can identify themselves and we can all come together and meet up. I know that in Bogota there are a bunch of 4x4 Clubs but I wanted to see if we could get a IH8MUD Colombia 4x4 Club.

So let me introduce myself, my name is Frank and I just moved back to my home country of Bogota, Colombia from Orlando Florida. In the states I had a 92 FJ80 that I wheeled regularly. I just recently purchased a 2008 95 Prado VX. It is completely stock but I will start modding on it as I get a chance. My ultimate vehicle is to buy a 70 Series and mod that. But for now the Prado will do.....

So If your in Colombia or in Bogota, Please introduce yourself, hopefully there are a couple of fellow mudders here.......

Im Alberto, living in Bogota as well... Born and raised here, driving a 70 series rag top with a few mod's... lift kit, 33's, snorkel, hydraulic winch, etc...

Ive heard of a few other mudders from colombia, and specifically from bogota... lets see if we can round em out and get together some day!

Ok I'm Alvaro, in Bogota, proud owner of a 1994 80, recently traded my 1966 40 for another 1994 80 , this 40 was a beauty but I just love the 80s.

Already met with Frank, can't wait to meet Alberto and other mudders.

Hi I´m Juan, i live in medellin, Colombia, I own a 1994 fzj80, and a couple 40´s, 1970 & 1978, let me know when you guys are around town.

We are planning an event this saturday february 18 at 3.00pm at Restaurante Palogrande en Envigado, we are expecting mostly people from Medellin but anyone that owns a Cruiser is invited, if you need aditional info let me know.

I have been to Colombia 4x.....I have a really good friend there that is Colombian. He is in the Doble & Bajo 4wd club, one of the largest in Colombia. I had the opportunity to go wheeling with them once.

If you are in Colombia and not part of a 4wd club I suggest you look up the Doble & Bajo guys. A really great group of people that go out regularly, I do believe they are based in Bogota.
