I thought I would share a photo of these next to my original CE emblem. I’d like to start off by thanking Tulip for creating these since Phil no longer has them, and I’m in no way complaining because I’m so thankful there is a replacement even available. So, thank you for creating these. Maybe just a few things to point out if there is ever a “version 2”.
The black background in the original had a distinct metal flake effect to it. On the replacement, it’s just black. Also, the font is ever so slightly thicker in the replacement while the original silver border is thicker than the replacement.
Again, thank you for making these, just thought I’d share what I noticed for feedback and for anyone else. They are so similar, I doubt anyone would notice, and it seems like a great option if you need one. I have yet to install it, but I can post photos and feedback on the adhesive used if anyone is interested.
