Why doesn't anyone run coil overs on an 80?

Seems all the links are already there to make it happen.

why would you want coil overs? they are very expensive, would require addational brakets to be installed and to make use of more lift or travel than the regualr lift coils and shocks (OME) can provide you would need to rework the suspension

I guess if you wanted more than 6" of lift they might start to have some uses, biggest being adjustable but most arround here dont need/want that much lift on an 80

SKIM,

Once again, WE NEED TO TALK. I'm just down the street in El Segundo.... And from reading your posts you seem to be on the same page as what we have in store for my 80. As a bonus we can talk about how we miss or do not miss the east. Here i go by AMMO at the shop they call me "Jersey", you figure it out?

Ammo,

I stopped by your shop earlier this week during lunch, Nice 80 you got there.

I really did not have time to talk, as I wasted to much time eating Subway.

I'll stop over again next week if you got time, when you take lunch?

Jersey cool, I'm from a little down south.

LUNCH = When ever there is time...

LINK is my friends shop I help out after I get done with my paying job, so I’m around in the afternoons and weekends.

Anyone heading out to the OFFROAD EXPO this weekend in Pomona?

-AMMO
