Code P2757 HELP!! (1 Viewer)

Last night, my 07 with 102k randomly started started slipping gears and went into limp mode as the check engine light came on. I ran the code this morning and it’s a P2757

P2757: Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Ctrl Circuit Performance or Stuck Off​

There are no signs of leaks or anything. After reading across the web, replacing the torque converters would typically fix the situation. I’m afraid that the transmission may go on me, whether it’s in 2 months or 2 years down the road.

Any assistance or input is appreciated.
