If the replacement part is relatively easy to replace - like an O2 Sensor - I would go with an inexpensive part.
Conversely, if we are talking about more labor intensive replacements like Timing Belts, Starter Motor, etc then I am inclined to go with Toyota parts.

I took my Lexus in for service just one time so far and the Service person said I should only use gasoline from name brand stations - none of this Sheetz, Circle K, and lower priced off brand stations. In addition, he pulled up my plastic protective carpet protector on drivers side and put it in the back stating that it was a "safety issue" - its recored in my LX's service history as:
"REMOVE ANY DOUBLE STACKED MATS OR NON SECURED ITEMS AND RELOCATE THEM TO TRUNK OR CARGO AREA TO PREVENT INTERFERENCE WITH BRAKE OR ACCELERATOR PEDAL"

I kinda think that is a little too much.

I worked in a dealership for years, again I can't speak for the US, but in the UK you don't pay for the privilege to get the franchise, you just have to setup your premises to a standard and have in place procedures and customer care that the manufacturer specifies, the manufacturer will normally approach a well established showroom in an area they want to expand too. We had a list of manufacturers that wanted to sell from our premises due to its location, it is just there requirements might not be as good a business deal as other brands.

The aim was to get the workshop/parts to cover all overheads of the business and have the car sales as a bonus, this is due to the nature of not knowing how many cars you can sell and such a small margin of profit from a new car deal. This is why dealerships try and sell you everything from the accessories catalogue as this can make a big difference to the profit margin from the deal, also finance is a earner.

The fluids that are used by most are way more expensive than what a dealership uses. Oil changes are 12k or annually for a land cruiser in the Uk, and they use mineral oil. I had some oil free from them with some filters I bought as a deal, I have never used it.
