you wouldn't run anything very long.

Running an airbrush that might last a couple of hours.
Die grinder 3mins or so.

You can do the math to see how many cfm there will be in the bottle at the final pressure.

divide that by cfm of the tool. and you will see it isnt very feasable.

If I was to buy this CO2 tank, what other things would I need to be able
to run air tools?

Nothing, its ready to go just plug your air tools in. One thing to make sure is the included " Hyper-Flo regulator" is set to at least 100+ psi.
 
maybe if you have an onboard compressor you might be able to do something......at least for a second or two, and then wait a while for the tank to build up more pressure.

i kinda thought that most of the folks with air tanks mostly used them to re-fill their tires after airing down for trail riding.
