The company which Armored these LC200 did a nice integration of after market winch inside stock bumper. the other one with the steel bumper and snorkel had UAE plates (shown in another earlier video) ...

Politics aside, the front one was incapacitated due to sniper fire. From what I hear they abandoned the damaged vehicle and left the scene in the others. They eventually made it to the destination via another route.
