Unfortunately, I have moved on from this company so I will no longer be offering this service. Best of luck to everyone!

I have access to an Amada Ensis 3015AJ fiber laser and Amada HD2204NT press brake. I’m willing to help out any small businesses that may have a design or idea for brackets, trays, etc… but don’t know of a (reasonably priced) place to have it manufactured. Manufactured in Little Rock, AR using USA steel. I keep 18ga (0.05”), 16ga (0.06”), 14ga (0.07”), and 12ga (0.105”) in galvaneneal steel and stainless steel in stock. I’m able to cut mild steel up to 1” and aluminum/stainless steel up to 0.5” (bending restrictions apply). Largest sheet size I can fit is 60” x 144”. Longest I can bend in the press is 16ft. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to know more or have any questions!

Can you cut a bracket to mount a fuse block near the battery in a 100 series? There are some out there but no one ever has anything in stock.
I do have something in the works. Currently have a bracket that I’m making for the AHC area, and I have one that sits on top of the fuse panel by the battery that I will get some pics of soon

I have some ideas I’d like to get cut eventually. Laser cutting is so nice.
Give me a shout whenever you’re ready and I’ll see what I can do to help!

What software do you use to build with?

I can provide chicken scratch 😂

Solidworks Professional 2021 for 3D work, Striker System 2020 for 2D flat profiles, nesting, and cut profiles. Striker is literally the AutoCAD interface with a few extra tools, it's actually powered by AutoDesk.

I take hand drawings all the time, most of my designs start out as such. Hell even napkins. Speaking of chickens you should've seen the job I did for Tyson. It was literally a pair of double doors with a cutout the size & shape of a chicken right in the middle for them to pass through on an overhead conveyor system. I wish I would've saved that hand drawing. Ironically enough the drawings from licensed architects are the worst

I can see the chicken cutout in my head. Like a roadrunner cartoon 🤣

I could actually use both of those but I definitely need something on the driver side for a auxbeam/switchpro mount.

Can you provide accurate dimensions on the hole pattern of either/both of those units? I can have the holes laser cut unless you'd like to drill them

Looks like the main box is just shy of 7” I’d say 6-15/16. There’s also a pretty standard 60A circuit breaker that goes with it as well.

That’s the auxbeam 8 gang switch with Bluetooth.

That things sweet, I want one. Been thinking of making one from scratch and incorporating relays but honestly this would get the job done just as well and for a fraction of the cost of the SwitchPro. Which model is yours? I might pick one up

its the 8 gang bluetooth version and for like 1/4 of the price of the switch pro I think it'll work great and clean up the mess of wire I have going on!

Any progress on the aux beam mount? I’m installing some new stuff under the hood today

I am making progress, albeit, not as quickly as I would like. Made an initial version and need to make a few revisions. I think I found a pretty good spot for it in the drivers side upper engine bay area, using the bolt for the hood strut. Should be getting it finished up pretty soon!
