Scott, sorry it got lost in the 100 PMs I received before Kina's events.
Your TLCA membership is your responsibility.
As a Yankee Toys' member you get a membership to the NEA included in your membership fee.

It's easy to register for your TLCA membership just go to TLCA: Join/Renew
You can still sign up for CMCC and bring a receipt from your newly acquired TLCA membership.
