Here is the video of various clips

If I go over a bumpy road, railway lines, gaps, small tiny potholes etc., there is a load clang from left suspension.

Moving wheel when jacked up does not show any play in anything. I could hear a very faint version of this sound when I rapidly turned wheel and then let go of steering allowing it to go a little bounce back, but not sure.

I was suspecting sway bar but not sure.
Its not the brake shield, changed pads and saw everything is good.

Upper control arm? But it does not really have any play and bushes look fine. Sound comes whenever I go over a bump. Could be a big bump, or even a small gap in the road surface

Found the issue. It was the brake pads clanking due to missing retainer spring (wire) . Lexus has just one retainer pin. Nester (who actually noticed it during sway bar end link change) recommended going for a double (bottom and top both).

Disappointed in Toy connection, who changed the brake pads, and yet forgot to notice that the retainer spring is missing.

I will be heading over to Nester's in Vacaville for most of the involved jobs.
