I have a random clunking sound on the driver's side. I can't re-create it by turning the wheel lock-to-lock. It occurs moving forward or backward but I can't find a condition to re-create it. It seems like the body has to articulate some to create it but can't confirm that. I've looked at my stabilizer linkage and all the bushings look okay and are centered in their mounting brackets. I don't know if the bushings have ever been replaced. The previous owner told me he replaced lower control arms when installing the Ironman lift but I can't be sure.

Any ideas of what to look for or how to re-create the clunking sound?

Did you ever figure this out?
I have something similar.

And perhaps it’s a red-herring, but I too have an Ironman lift.

I would start by re-torquing the LCA cam adjustment bolt/nut. I think it goes to 207 ft/lbs. A lot of alignment shops just go wrench tight and are WAY under torqued. When they start moving on you they'll make a clunking sound when you come to a stop or restart. I have a friend with a 4R who just had this, and his were set to ~30# by Just Tires...
