I just had an idea (after looking at owenjam's FSM and Knuckle rebuild threads) we should start a reference list of what club members have (i.e. FSM, tools, skills, shop space, ect) maybe we can make it a sticky. We could also included shop recommendations.

I'll go first 1997 FZJ80 Factory service manual and time (very little of it)... OK I'm done.

I thought I posted to this thread....maybe there is another similar thread..

I have the FJ60 series of manuals, hub socket, Fish scale if needed. Don't have a shop right now but hope to have one in the future.

94 FSM and any size wrench that'll will fix a 94

A few beers that can be opened in anyone's driveway.

A cooler to sit on and watch you wrench and hand you a beverage

I have a small garage and a pretty good bit of tools. Wouldn't mind helping somebody turn some wrenches if they needed the help. ;)

I have a large shope with air tools, trans jacks, engine hoist, plenty of floor jacks and stands. My full time mechanic stays busy but has time to help us, we could wrench in the evenings and on weekends if anyone wants to break off into a big job. If anyone has any type of major engine repair you will not beat my mechanic on the lot mechanic BTW, and you can sleep easy with my watchful eye overseeing the job. Any type of vehicle needing a head job, trans or engine pull and replace etc.... He is crazy cheap.

I will keep this in mind when the money permits... this junk is burning a quart of oil per 100 miles on long trips... must be a ring or something... I'm good-mind to just find a low mileage engine to drop in as opposed to rebuild the one I got...

You let me know. I got an engine in the other day out of a 94. I think it has 180k or so. I was going to pull the head and have it checked as well as take a look around the interior, front rear main seal, etc...... Would something like that help you out??? I will sell the motor cheap with or without doing the head and other gaskets.
