Club meeting

Would like to have a club meeting so everyone can become familiar with one another and also discuss upcoming events over a few beers somewhere in a central location such as greensboro. Knowing members are from both the west and the east i would like to make it possible for every to attend. I am hoping this can be in the next few weeks. Let me know what works best for you guys.

THere's a hooters right off of I-40 at the Four Seasons Mall exit. Just a thought.

I was thinking that if someone had a garage it would be kinda cool to have meetings at a garage where we could all wrench on someone's truck and put a few back.

I usually dont have a problem meeting up on the weekends. But August might be a little interesting but im sure i can try to make and appearence. Just need to know where and when.

My vote is to aim for a beer drinking/restaurant type atmosphere first, then we can see how much intrest and where a good place may be to meet next time to do a little wrenching. FWIW

Good idea! one request, please have it on a Friday night, not a weekend... I'm working frantically trying to get my junk done all weekend, every weekend..

I think starting out as a resteraunt atmosphere would be good as we can see the interest and as we have more meetings we can work towards the garage wrenching atmosphere, of course as long as beer is involved.

I quit drinking beer when i turned 21 ( long story ) but can eat and or turn wrenches, lets get this thing going forward here.

The Highpoint Road exit is as good a place as any. There is also a Ham's that a buddy of mine says is good right off the exit. Beer, food, etc. Across the street from the Hooters going away from the mall.

I could probably do sat night or sunday at URE but i will be at my buddies RANGER School Grad on the 29th down at benning GA. Probably taking Harley to that though.
