Let's have a breakfast get-together in the parking lot at The Daily Grind on Saturday April 19th, 9 AM (every 3rd Saturday of the month)

Daily Grind: 4360 Cutler Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110

Like last time, lets start off by having breakfast then we will head back over to the parking lot to enjoy some truck talk.

I am a maybe

I’m going to attempt to find the NmBDR group in Weed and do the ride from there north . If I miss them or the trip is canceled then I will be at the breakfast

I have casted a "no" for this event. I may attend if we cancel the NMBDR overland event, which would conflict with our club breakfast gathering. Do post up pix. Thanks all!
Since my truck will not be ready for the NMBDR, I have changed my vote to "YES" for this event. See you in my loaner car at the breakfast!

That sucks! Not that you will be at the meeting, it sucks your truck isn't done yet.

Yeah, it does suck. Especially since this will be the 2nd time I bailed out of the NMBDR.

Dom at AVS is pretty covered up, lost a key mechanic and has lots of work backing up. My build is pretty extensive and he is the only guy that can do much of the electrical work. The good news is that he is going to lend me his daily driver while my truck is in his shop.

It's hard to get any help these days. It's really hard to get good help.

I have been helping a friend for the last few months for the same reason.

should I offer Dom my services? :rofl:I should drive by the shop after work today :hmm:

Good electrical work takes hours and hours of meticulous labor. You'll have a fine product at the end that both of you will be very proud of, and no funny business in the middle of nowheresville. Hopefully Dom created a schematic of everything that can be tossed in the glovebox for "just in case" situations. Also sounds like he's being a conscientious service provider.

Outside inside seating has been reserved for manana.
