Sean,

No rivalry at all bro. We're all Toyota guys and wheelers. It's like a brotherhood, sometimes you beat the snot outa you're little brother just to toughen him up. And sometimes he get's ya while you're not looking. It's all in fun.

John and Alvin said it right. Alvin was puting together the "official" Tucson club meet for a couple of years with spotty attendance so it just kinda fizzled out. The North Tucson meet was mostly non-members who posted here and just wanted to get together every now and again to shoot the breeze.

The phoenix meet has happened every month rain or shine for about 3 1/2 years now. If you don't feel like coming up to Phoenix for a meet that's cool. I believe Alvin still has CSC swag for new members but I could be wrong. If he doesn't I'll have to get a batch of stuff down there for him so he can sign up new members as needed. Member or not you're more than welcome to come out to any of our runs just to hang and have a great time wheeling with good people.

Sucks on the STL stuff, but please bug me again for donation $ next time you see me (next month? I'll try and drag some neophytes) as I'll gladly pay up despite my relative absence of participation with CSC :(. How you do the kiddos and all of your extra-activities I'll never understand BMAN...

Scotty,

It's not easy balancing all of my "duties" as president with family life... yeah right. The reality is that I really don't do alot away from the family anymore. One Friday night each month for the club and basic running around for groceries and whatnot is about it. I pretty much take either Luke or Hayleigh on any runs that I do now that the 60's a driver. I've been trying to get out with the whole family more now too. But I spend more weekends at home than on the trail.

I've done almost no wheeling since April. Took the whole family out for a couple of runs and maybe 3-4 day runs with Luke or Hayleigh has been about it. I gotta give Melissa props though. How she can handle all three without stringing them up by the toes when I'm not around, I'll never be able to figure out. I don't think I could handle two of them by myself on a trail for 8+ hours. I'd probably go insane.

What I really can't figure out is how Johnathan can't seem to make any runs at all with no family commitments at all. :flipoff2:

I forgot to ask you guys last month what the dues are for a new member. Also after this months meeting and got to work and told a buddy who recently ditched his LR Disco for a new FJ. He wants to come out next month.
