Just like it sounds, here is the poll to ratify the bylaws. We need a => than 2/3 approval to accept them. These can always be revised and this version was created in Word using hierarchy, etc... so should be much more maintainable than the prior version. Note that I added a TOC and revision table to better track changes in the future. I also went through with the spell and grammar checker to get some more fo the little typo-like issues that persistent within the prior draft.
