cloth interior vs leather

ok.. i just got off the phone with katzkin. I talked with Reuben the tech there and he also let me talk with Jack the main designer. Jack said that he made the OEM leather to leather kit a couple years ago off the owner's wife's OEM leather in her landcruiser. He said this kit WILL FIT OEM leather for 1995-1997.
He also said most people just carry the cloth to leather kit as when a car is new most kits sold are cloth to leather.....

Anyway, I am buying today. It takes a few days to make then to ship. I should have by next Friday. I am doing the 2 tone in Driftwood and Adobe which should match the 40th.
I am going to do a self installation I think as I have already spent a bunch of cash trying to figure this leather stuff out...........................

We will know for sure in 1 week guys.

so, although he doesn't know it, he actually has a 93-97 leather replacement kit. price?

for the 2 front rows with two tone plus headrests and door panels--- $688 I think.

Plus the self install kit ~$99/ plus overnight shipping ~ $85.

Factory will build next Wednesday and it will arrive to me next Friday....

Pictures/writeup if you could please. especially one that compares the new leather to the old leather. For two rows the $688 sounds reasonable.
