Hi all,

Searched for other threads on this and they're lean if they exist. I've got a mix of scratches (mostly from the PO). Some are the usual around the door handles etc., that will buff out. Some are deeper to metal and I've got paint to repair those. Some are more swirls or clear coat scratches that don't seem to go away with elbow grease and compound, etc. Any products you like out there that have worked for you?

Griots Garage GG-6 random orbital buffer, foam pads and some experimenting with different polishes. But, keep your expectations realistic. Locally in Raleigh, check with Majestic Solutions, they can give you advice and sell you the car care products. With a truck as big as a Land Cruiser, I would never polish it by hand. A random orbital makes it much easier and quicker.

As for scratches, Automotive Touchup Paint seems to be highly recommended.
