So i have removed my t-case from my 62 cause i am rebuilding it...and i wanted to cleaning all the housing parts. Can i pressure wash the big parts before i re-install? Does it hurt anything?

no problem pressure washing it. the housing is aluminum, and won't rust. yopu can also hit it with a sand blaster, if you like.

NO SAND BLAST

You may glass bead if sealing surfaces are covered (and bolt both 1/2's together and bearing retainer).

anything that takes a seal/gasket do not hit with media.

My advice is take it to a engine machine shop and "hot tank" it. The process does better on iron that aluminum, but still provides a grease free end product.

Media blast after this to clean up the outside.

agreed, protect any sealing surfaces, of course,
