Got a charcoal liftgate for the Fj62? Mine has a dent and it would be cheaper to just replace.

On the Cargo panels, I'm looking for the passenger side Rear Cargo panel. There should be no access panels in it.

Are you reffering to the horizontal piece below the side window or the vertical piece that covers the rear pillar next to the lift gate? Textbook "picture's worth a 1000 words" case. I'll take some photos on Tuesday... out of town until then.
