CLCC Christmas Party - Saturday 12/16

Moderator Insert for Clarity:

I will officially be hosting the party this Saturday the 16th, say around 5ish call if you will be earlier.

Please bring snacks and/or a main dish to share with the rest of the group. I have plenty of plates, cups and utensils to go around. This will of course be a bring your own beverage event. In the spirit of the season I would suggest bringing your favorite beverage; enough for yourself and a few to share. I will be providing some chips and salsa as well as some hamburgers and hotdogs. The kitchen and grill will be open for use if anyone wishes to prepare food after arrival.

I will be parking my black and white 40 out front so you should be able to find it fairly easy.

So last week it was mentioned that th christmas party may be on Wed. Are we planning on doing this?I may be able to host it if we wait until Sunday (if Sebastian can't host that is) If anyone has some info on it, post it up as its available.

Hey Andrew,
I just sent out an e-mail to Felix. I am willing to host the party on either the 15th or 16th. My cousin and I own a townhouse in Centerville, it makes quite the bachelor pad and pretty conducive for hosting parties.
I just need a notice if it’s defiantly happening here so I can clean up a bit. I have room in the basement for beer pong or other various games. A back yard with a grill if anyone wishes to bring hamburgers etc. The living area is equipped with a full stereo array, two couches, a love seat, and a 54' HD TV. There’s also a combined dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
Parking is available on Newton Pattent just off of Braddock, and worst case there’s parking at the Giant on the corner of Braddock and Stone.

The address is 14265 Heritage Crossing Ln. Centreville Va 20120.

I think the issue is that Sebastien just got too busy to try to plan and host it. So I say if we want to do a Holiday party, we just do it. Somebody pick a day and time and then tell people what they need to bring: food, plates, drinks, whatever.

Sebastian with some guests and Jose made it, but that was all. I guess the first thread posted with the party being canceled confused most. Oh well, it was a little last minute or at least it felt that way.
I was thinking next time we could all meet at a restaurant for a meal and then go wheeling or vice versa. Might be a good topic for the next meeting.

Maybe next year it will come together a little better, no hard feelings though.
