One year we did this the club sprang for a pack of frozen burger patties, pack of hot dogs, and some buns. That takes the guessing out the "bring the meat thing". Participants brought grills and condiments. I will be bringing my grill again. I can get 6 burgers and a few dogs one of my grills. I have two portable grills I can bring. Thoughts?

Bringing grills worked well last time. I think having the club buy meat adds more guessing than bring your own. I won't be there so my opinion doesn't really matter. ;)

Unfortunately I have had something come up and cannot make it.

I will definitely be there. I have a grille also that can fit like 10 burgers that i'll bring.

Well the native tribes in Alaska called it patchluck I think and they celebrated it when someone died. The tribe would go shoot a moose and feed the village and people brought side dishes as well. I guess I could go start looking for a moose.:hillbilly:

Not going to make it - traveling :(

Tracy Lynn and I should be there...the question will be...in the FJ40 or not. Still working out a few kinks but put about 35 miles on it yesterday. I can always cook up a crock of baked beans...family recipe...and they are GOOD!

Potluck side dishes and bring your own grill meat? Those beans sound good. I could bring chips and cookies :) I'm still bringing my grills.

Yeah, I think "Bring Your Own Meat" will work well for this meeting.

Sandy & I plan to be there. We will bring place settings (plates: large and small - gotta have clean ones for that mystery dessert, utensils, cups, napkins) and a salad. Sounds like fun!

Had some family stuff come up and we're not going to be able to make it to the meeting.

If someone wants to come by my place and pick up the stickers. I'll be here today and tomorrow morning.

I will be there with the kids and maybe some extra food. Wife made cookies and I can't have those around the house or else I will eat them like popcorn so I may as well bring those with.
