Class A/B Amplifier Recommendations - Land Cruiser 100 Series

Over the last few months I've been listening to music powered by different Alpine Class D amps.

Needless to say, Class D amps are great space savers, have a lot of "punch", but typically generate more distortion in comparison to Class A/B amps.

I'm looking for Class A/B amplifier recommendations for a '99 Land Cruiser 100 series, preferably for placement under the passenger seat, but depending on specs./listening performance, would consider placing it elsewhere (sub is removed).

I am currently considering the Focal FPS 2.160, but haven't had a chance to listen to it yet (image below).

You'll probably get a lot more mileage on this subject from a mobile audio forum. My feeling is that unless you sit in your truck and listen with it off, you'll never hear the difference. That said, the 100 has lots of room under the front seat for whatever you choose.
