selling my under dash AC and stock heater (has core in it-bonus) that has been modified for the clardy unit. This is a rebuild-able unit been on my shelf awhile and you will have to source your own parts for under the hood so should work with any motor. -$350 plus the ride.

Hi, These units were installed by Toyota dealers in new 40s. They work as well as possible in a leaky cruiser . I also have one ,the weak link is the hoses, newer hoses eliminate that problem. 2 cents worth. Mike

Can you post a few photos of the are where the OEM heater was "modified". Does the heater now blow out the AC unit vent?

@tstepp920 fyi - only mod to the heater is that you remove the plastic diffuser and the AC unit screws into the existing holes. So the heater then blows out the AC unit.

Gcrump is right heat blows thru the unit the stock diffuser is cut and fits inside this unit why I am including this one with it so you can keep a stocker
