Circuit Board Cluster Replacement - LC 100

I am having problems with the instrument panel working intermittently. Stealership wants to replace all of the circuit boards (believe 5) in the instrument panel. Any recommendations on how to determine if one circuit board is bad, so I do not have to replace all of them.

For the cost of replacing all the boards you could probably pick up an entire used cluster. Otherwise you could replace them one by one.
