Howdy! Yup, fun place. Lots of hills and bowls to play in. Used to have open desert racing up there many years ago. There are some great speed runs on the northern side, up close to Sunset Crater Park border. Only bad part is that it is so abrasive. You can literally watch the corners grind right off of the tire lugs. Johnman, i love that place, didnt take the cruiser out there though. I put a paddle tire on my Yamaha WR426 4-stroke and tear up and down the bowls. One thing I noticed is its alot harder to climb when its wet then dry. It was raining last time I went and couldnt get the speed to climb out of a couple of the bowls. I think the one is called "hundred dollar hill" or something like that. Its a good time, make sure you take lots of pictures and post them up.
I have seent he paddles he is going to run. He may not be right in the head. But he sure welds pretty!

.. finally got the paddels to hold air . they have been in my attic for 10 years
. we shall see if they hold. any way i think i remember the back way up most of the hills. not exactly driving a rocket ship
well my lil brother will have fun
. i was hoping to get more than one hill climb out of it
then it was on to other fun
... they have been in my attic for 10 years...
... then the tire blew. i was hoping to get more than one hill climb out of it
...
But pretty much any tire taken to the cinders is disposable!
