This SUV is my daily, and tow vehicle.
Timing and heater tees done at 280k+/-
Starter/Alternator replaced with oe denso models at this time
Still have alternator core for those wanting to rewind it
KMC wheels with newer Kumho A/T tires and the full set of OEM wheels and old tires
AHC has been deleted and replaced with OEM land cruiser suspension, all AHC components and parts aside from the shock absorbers are still present and in good shape.
Cons:
Has an exhaust leak at donut gasket
Tilt wheel function works when it wants
Some rust on the fenders and 1/4’s typical of these SUV’s
Underside has surface rust, but no holes and no compromised components or mounts. I treated the underbody with por15 upon taking ownership of the vehicle.
Could use a good carpet cleaning in trunk area.
Driver and passenger seat have tears
Driver door lock motor needs the DIY fix. It’s just second habit to me to hit the lock button on the way out. All other locks work with key fob.
Open to reasonable offers!
Located in Cincinnati Ohio.
Fly in and drive it home if you want I trust this thing to go anywhere but just bought a gas sipper daily so no need to have this as I need a dedicated tow rig.
As it sits I’ll take care of issues it has.
