Where is the pool?

We're staying at the Twin Grove KOA and they have a pool on site! They have a mushroom, they have two pool slides and a lifeguard chair! It's awesome to be able to hit the pool after a day in the sun.

Lets just hope Adam doesnt need mouth to mouth and if so, keep those pictures to yourself

So.... 20 minutes in to the trail and I snap a birf on the first challenge of the day. Glorious.

Did you pack a spare I hope? Was it a Long? Surely you aren't running stock f'n birfs with those meats... Good luck. I broke on day 2 of GSMTR a few years ago and was miserable the rest of the week (well, not really, but it was hard to just ride along).

You just can't get any funnier pictures than those...

Hmm I'm thinking a club T-shirt with a Baywatch theme and those pictures...

Hope you noticed quickly and didnt blow an inner axle seal. I nearly destroyed my knuckle ball when I blew my last one...

It was a quick snap and I suddenly had 3 wheel drive. No other noise or damage. Drove out just fine. Gonna open it up tonight.

After a long and interesting day I have discovered that my breakage was only a u-joint that evaded everyone's detection. When the pop happened it seemed obvious and we have video to prove. I even looked under the truck and no shaft damage was detectable. So I drove to the main lot with no problems and hitched a ride back to the group. At the end of the day I was brought back to Burt and began to air up at the park utility shed and noticed my driveshaft was gone due to a broken u joint. As I'm pondering the construction of another shaft this evening I glance at a pile of parts beside the shed that people have found on the trail and there is my shaft. The one I built custom and it is perfectly intact. My complete understanding of how my breakage of unanimous conclusion of experienced wheelers turned out to be so simple and the events that transpired because of it and how everything ended up will forever elude my simple mind. The full details of the day are too extensive to explain here but Burts misleading breakage made my day in fact better than if she was trail repaired and I stayed with the group. Quick fix tonight and I'll be trail worthy for tomorrow. And if she didn't break I wouldn't have experienced the runaway spare tire that scared the bejesus out of me as it set a collision course toward me down a steep trail. Ultimately I'm satisfied with the day and look forward to tomorrow.

Looks like an awesome trip! Hilarious pictures.

So I had never heard of anyone welding the steering arm to the knuckle. In the event you have sheared the knuckle studs and have no spares. Jimmy, the friend from MA, is sitting in front of me in the pic and we did just that. We welded the studs to the knuckle from the inside, which I would actually recommend to anyone (brilliant idea), then mounted the arm, with shim, to the knuckle and welded the pics out of it from the outside. 24v on a ready welder can really lay in the heat! Should work just fine.

In other news, here's yesterday mushroom shot:
