Check PCS system and throttle kick back (1 Viewer)

I have a 2011 land cruiser lc200. While driving along today the throttle made a funny noise and kicked back rapidly and the brakes seemed to slam on and almost caused accident. The check psc light came on as did other lights in picture. Things came ok again for about 20 miles and.it happened again. The jeep wouldnt move but then acceleration worked normal. All lights still on dash. This happeded a few times over last few years ans seems revert to normal again. Any ideas ? V dangerous and disheartening. Thank you all in advance.

Pull the trouble code first.

Maybe your cruiser is rebelling because you referred to it as a Jeep. Pull the codes to know what's going on for sure.

You can take it to auto zone and they will read the code for free.

But do yourself a favor and get a Bluetooth OBD dongle off Amazon and toss it in your glovebox. I have the Carista one but lots of options to choose from.
