Wanted Cheap car Near Quebec

Looking for a cheap reliable car for daily driving. I prefer to find one on mud, as I know I wouldn't be getting screwed over. Can transfer it to my girlfriend's name so it won't be an issue with Canadian title or registration. Preferably $4k or less. Thanks!
