Stay away from the XMLs. A friend of mine bought a Jeep with 325/85R16 XMLs on it, and they suck! His first trip out was to Harlan, he grooved the tires in the campground one night to try to gain traction - it didn't help. Those tires were hard as a rock. He sold them when he got back home and ordered a set of IROKs.

Ok Jerry got some info.

They are still made in Europe for different militaries and collectors and regular customers.

Shipments are sent the the US a couple times a year since they are still used in select places. Which means if we put an order in we can get them at some point.

But they are $560 each

Wowza. Lets put this on the back burner for the time being. Thanks for doing the leg work for me though.

I wish there were another option for a 36-37 X 10.50 X 16, the extra width of the 12.50 tires causes more clearance issues for the FJC than that extra 1" or so in height.

I guess I should be happy with the 35's since they fit w/o issues and work very well as it sits right now.

Thanks again for checking...

I hear that all the time on the east coast but on the west coast they are loved. I guess they are just not ideal for the wet, muddy conditions over here but are great in the sand and the dry rocks out west. :meh:
