Those are also a lot skinnier than the ones you have.
Hey MTBcoach... those would look hot on a set of beadlocks.
Too big. I'd love to find the 9.00R16's but those are like 38's or something like that...
Almost no reason for them. Sidewalls are hard as rocks. I've seen people back home run 0 PSI with almost no instances of losing a bead.
Killer deal though.
This is what they look like on an 80
? Pretty sure they are exactly the same?
*EDIT* They are the exact tires on mine. 11R16 XZL's.
See:
I was looking at the XZL's, not the XL's like in your pic.
Mine flexed great at Uwharrie, and had enough grip to snap a rear shaft on Kodak.I love 'em!

Would love to find some XZL 9.00R16's but I can only find them across the pond, even retreads over there. They'll ship, if I buy a container full...
We have in the past had those here.
I could try to find availability and price for you.

One trail went cold... got some more to try.... damn these things are expensive brand new.
I'll keep trying
You might want to call bills tire Pacheco, CA, 925.689.2678
I remember when I lived in Cali this was a good place to get tires like this.
didnt say they were necessary, just said they would look good
dont you just love our winching work there ^^^
poor mans three link will spit out a 6'' spring btw

I did, a few months ago and they weren't optimistic on seeing any in the future. From what I understand, with the advent of the Hummers, the 9.00R16 went bye-bye going to the 16.5" wheels they use. Thus, the US market dried up...
