Has anyone tried adapters for bolt pattern? Are they even available?

Why would you want to change the bolt pattern? Only reason I could see this is if you want to swap wheels/tires from one rig to another, or if you are swapping out your axles in favor of a SAS and have to change lug pattern

They are available, and pretty much resemble wheel spacers, but I doubt anyone has tried them an their Hundy since there really isn't any good reason to do so unless you're making some major changes. Toyota switched from the 6-lug to the 5-lug pattern on their full size vehicles because the 5-lug is actually stronger. Dunno why you would want to compromise strength on a Cruiser.

It would take a lot of work, you would have to do your research to find the answer. I know you cannot go from 5X150 to 6X5.5, the lugs would overlap and not work.

You can do it but you'd be limited to a wheel with the same hub size (or larger) AND an equal or greater than +60mm offset. Both parameters would probably eliminate all off-the-shelf wheels.

Your better bet would be changing the bolt pattern/hub size on an existing wheel... or best ($$$), a custom wheel.
