I’m looking to downsize to a 285 70 r17 or 285 75 r17. Kendas have about 3k miles on them.

Anyone have a trade or a strong interest in the tires?

Not in a rush or bind to sell, I’ve got an extra set of wheels and tires….just curious to see how 32.5’s or 33.9’s will feel on 17’s (plus the ability to store under the vehicle)…if someone has a set of 32.5’s or 33.9’s they’d like to upgrade to 35’s that might be ideal.

I think I paid $1272 with tax on the 5 kenda’s

Jury is still out I suppose.

I did a 20+ hour road trip through rolling hills and appalachians with quite a lot of weight.

I didn’t enjoy the mountain roads…though I generally don’t enjoy that type of driving in any car so it’s hard to say.

Once I got home, unloaded the excess weight, added a rubbershox spring helper to the rear, removed one from the front, and reduced the air pressure down to my normal 33 psi, it feels pretty good.

Though I’ve got a mild curiosity as to how 285 70 r17’s would feel compared to the 35x10.50’s.

Tire preferences are tough to dial in…it’s pretty subjective and every one’s vehicle is different. Tires and suspension feel great today…but I haven’t been driving at 60+ Mph…mostly just around town.
