Center dash area (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if i can switch my center dash area,the area that houses the 3 in 1 radio,the air conditioning switches,emergency flasher switch and center differential lock switch in my 98 landcruiser 100 series for the center dash that is now in the 05' landcruiser 100 series.I would like to do this so that i could have the navigation system located in the center console.Thanks for any responses,STEVE..........

I don't think the dash is the same between the one without a navigation and one with a navigation. The dashboard is different I think. I was parked next to one with a nav system and it just didn't look the same to me. Seems to me like the cheaper way to go is to just buy an aftermarket navigation system.
