Having a hard time working out best methodology to reconnect my center console as playing silly buggers in car and managed to snap it off. Has anyone had to replace this piece before or have a cunning solution for this?

I replaced this recently. My hinge wasn’t completely snapped off but one of the arms had been compromised so there was a bit of a wobble in my armrest especially in its open state.
The job was much more involved than I expected to simply replace the hinge. I had to disassemble pretty much the entire center console to access the two screws at bottom mounting locations. Not difficult at all just time consuming.

I have this same problem. @shakeandpop where did you source the hinge? Or did you go the pick 'n pull route...
