I've had one for three years now with no problems. Can't say it is the exact PN but it was advertised as OEM replacement.

It "used to be" a CSF brand radiator # 2226, but CSF no longer makes that model. It's been replaced with a model 2708 that is dual fit FJ60/62, so will have an oil cooler on the bottom that is more or less useless to you if you have an FJ60, and it takes up space that could be used for core.

Call and ask what they're currently selling. If they don't know or can't/won't tell you, buy elsewhere. They're good quality radiators, but I'd try and find an all metal 4-core that's an OEM replacement, not a make-fit.

If it is indeed an old-stock CSF 2226, buy it.

Im running the CSF in mine and last year when it was over 100 I noticed no difference in cooling.Great fit. MIke

Forgot to add, if you really want a tits radiator, Mark at Marksoffroad.net has a place that will make a custom 4-core all brass radiator for your 60 that is as good if not better than the OE radiator. I'm not sure of the price, but it's about the same as a Toyota radiator, were they available. Aluminum is fine, too, but then you've got to run the red coolant.

I bought one several years ago. I had a problem with the fill spout not being parallel to the ground. I ended up filling through the top hose. I have seen others on Mud had similar issues. But, that was some time ago...

Yeah, it's the way their stupid CSF shipping box is designed: Little to no protection for the filler neck. I had one bent, too, and I just axed for a new one and got it.

:meh:

Mine dropped right in .... no make fit. I've had zero problems in the Mojave desert in the summer.

I do have a 62 and the auto coolant lines also lined up perfectly.

ive had good luck with oem stuff and horrible luck with aftermrkt parts(on my old 40). so im comin back ...i guess to ccot. ill call to make sure its a #2226($387.00).im assuming this is a decent price for a good unit.if i need other direction please....let me know!

You might call around and look for some old stock 2226, if ccot doesn't have it. Prolly still out there for a better price.

Let me google that for you

I recently replaced mine with a Visteon 60/62 replacement and it dropped right in and cools very well. I got it for just over $300 from 1800 radiators locally.

Last CSF for my fj-60 was closer to 250. Call around, then see if ccot will match it. MIke

X2. Has worked fine, nevertheless.

I bought one through autozone...a few years ago...been running mostly on my V-8. 4core direct replacement... if you are looking for options.
