I have the CB40M... I've seen them pop up on EBay once in a while. I don't see the CB40F as often. The last one I saw wasn't working.

I have one but I don't know if it works and it doesn't have the Toyota mic. if i get time i can try to test it this weekend and let you know. i was just going to keep it as a collectable but i could probably be talked out of it.

Why is it so important that you have the F and not the M?
And, can you explain the difference please?
