Carb / Fuel System Mechanic

Anyone know a trusted mechanic that can work on an 85 Fj60 carb? I feel like if I go just anywhere they will have no clue what to do. I am in the SE valley Phoneix area.

I'm on the mud forum off and on and discovered this site. Thanks in advance for the recommendation.
