The drivers door lock actuator stopped working (40k miles) so I replaced the motor in it and that solved the problem. However the touch-activated unlocking feature now no longer works on the drivers door. All other doors work fine. Refresh my memory, is there a connection that I perhaps forgot to reconnect when reinstalling the door card? Thought I’d ask before pulling it apart again.

Does the on-handle lock button work?

I haven't had that area of mine apart yet but am digging around in wiring diagrams.. did you have to remove the outside handle to get it apart? It does appear the "key oscillator" is in the door and seems important for operation.

I am sure that doesn't irritate the wife..

When you remove the actuator, you have to unhook three metal wires (idk their official name). Two come out with the actuator (handle and lock) and one stays inside the door. Some people have forgotten to hook this wire back when putting everything back together.

If you’re describing the cables that attach to the actuator to allow it to move the mechanics of the door lock, yes.
