Anything that I came up with would have stick figures and a 60 series in it!
Seriously...Im stumped on that whole hat issue!

Even when I draw stick figures they look like they have some sort of physical deformity or something. I know what my strengths are and drawing is not one of them. Not sure what they should look like. All I know is that I need one.

Truth be told...
I DO HAVE some artistic ability...I started my college career as an art major, but from the sounds of it, the embroidery designs are rather limited!
If they cant shrink the scale of the "simplified" logo down to fit, its almost as if were going to be restricted, basically, to lettering...ORRR a very simple design and lettering!
I guess that Im a little confused still as to WHY they couldnt do the remedial BBCNN logo!
Didnt Alvaro of the NorCal crew have a hat made of their logo?

Yep, hat, sweatshirt & T shirt. He didn't mentioned about the boxer yet.
Alvaro even have a king size birthday cake in NorCal Logo!

I am not surprised about your wife after meeting you.
Also one more thing, he does have a magnetic logo, about a 12" dia. slap on both sides of his 80.
I lost both of mine
after he forgot to account for a higher airflow due to my V8 motor (instead of his inline 6).Cheers
