Cant jump battery etc..

So I had a weird issue today! I think I might have left an accessory on perhaps? Anyhow, the battery went dead. I was unable to jump the vehicle off. Figured I had a bad battery went and got another battery put it in still nothing. Eventually it did crank and I was able to drive it home but at one point the windows wouldn't even go up so I'm not sure what is going on? Any ideas?

What's the voltage on that second battery?

IMO the battery condition/age should be absolutely confirmed then see what doesn't work.

I would check the battery ground cable/s. In general bad battery connection.

Power Windows likely need initialization after battery disconnect.

@bloc voltage on the original battery is 11.7. But my trickle charger shows it only at 23%

A normal charger may bring it back up to 100%.
