Can you run tube tires W/O tubes?

I'm looking at getting a set of Carlisle Super Lug Tire 6-12 2 Ply tires for my Daihatsu Highjet for playing in the woods . I would be mounting them on stock steel wheels which are tubeless . can I mount these new tires w/o the tube and would there be any problems ?

My Bear Claws are tubelessly mounted on my stock rims.

I sold the 2wd LHD Jumbo (that was scary rusty but hey the dude who bought it wanted to buy it really bad at 10pm ,in the dark,and the rain for cash so bye bye )but still have my super-clean JDM 4wd standard cab .
I have a extra set of 10" rims and a set of 12" rims so Im looking at some super lugs to toss on it to play in the woods

Dan what size are those and is that w/o the lift?

Kenda Bear Claws are 23x7x10 and they are 6ply.


No lift at all but I did have to remove the front fenders.
