One of the few mod's I've never given thought to do!
Hummm.
I remember in my hot-rod days people would use "T" handles, skulls, the classic Hurst white 4 speed ball knob, beer tap shift knobs.
Doing a quick search, Hurst does make a 6 speed ball! Albeit, not quite the same shift pattern.
