I live in a 3rd world country and parts are not as readily available so Im worried i might be slipped something that is not part specific.
I trying to build up a 2015-6 GX460 with KDSS and airbags with about 600lbs of extra weight. I never carry passengers or extra bags. I specified that I do not want a firm harsh ride, and that i want a car for 3rd world roads without slowing down for pot holes.

Cheers!

Who is your vendor and what country did you purchase from?
And just out of curiosity, what country are you in?

Dobinson's Latin America
Panama
Wow, just looked at the map of your link for Dobinson's Latin America. Didn't know they had any distributors down there!
But to your OP, I used Icon for all my suspension and aside from having to rebuild my left front shock twice, it's been a good setup. Firm for handling but soft enough to still enjoy the Lexus engineering.
One thing that I did notice that helped a lot was that for the past 15 years or so I've always gone with BFG M/T's that have a light truck rating. I just put on some BFG A/T's with a C rating and the ride is far more quieter and softer. My wife and I have both been very impressed!
So, in short, consider what your tires you plan on mounting along with your suspension.

AND there's gotta be somebody out there on MUD that has this guys suspension and can chime in???
You may also want to try the 5th Gen 4Runner, GX470 and 4th Gen 4Runner forums, since the 5th Gen 4R is basically the same as our GX's and the 120 series are not too far off. You may get some comments there.
Just a thought. :meh:

You also might want to check out the KDSS "off" switch referenced over in the KDSS Delete thread.

I have BFG A/T KO2 LTs on the LC and GX460, a little rough but I like the look and they are very pot hole resistant.
