Can someone recommend a firewall grommet source?

Wiring harness is done and going back in. Need grommets. Summit's selection was lacking. Any favorites out there? OE still available?

I'd love to know.

I just bought a heater hose grommet near the tranny tunnel for like $5 from the dealer....It is the oval two hole grommet....kinda pleased that it was so readily available.

You bought all the same size?

i think trollhole or someone from S.Carolina had that barn find with tons of oem gaskets.. I wanted all of them. Give em a shot.

I just looked at 180 Piece Harness Grommet Set from Harbor Frieght. They are pretty small in size but I am sure will work. You may need several kits to get all the larger sizes needed. I will be needing some in a month or 2 when I start on my wiring. Great thread. I hope we get some good sorces or even some trading back with each other.

I'm just noticing these grommet holes now that the body is on. Funny how the small details pile up fast........can anyone name the number needed? I just went out and counted 4 or so at the firewall.

Toyota or SOR has all most grommets in stock you have to hunt them down, the boot for the early transfer case linkage is not available but slave cylinder boot works like OEM

Early FJ Grommets available this is what I used on my 1966 project i hope this helps some of the early cruiser heads ;)

I used SOR catalog and part #s it was easer to locate,

Unless you have a part # ready to look up most Toyota parts guys wont take the time to help you for very long at least that is my experience.

you can go here to this link run down Toyota #s If you want
